Communications Planning

Harborworks is moving forward toward key milestones in its mission to oversee cleanup and redevelopment of the Rayonier site. As part of this work, the Board directed that a firm skilled in effective communications be contracted to provide more effective communications to the community.
To facilitate strong communication to the public, HarborWorks has hired Strategies 360 to improve information distribution, expand community outreach and refine communications about the project with area citizens. Strategies 360 has extensive experience working with public-private partnerships and conducting public affairs activities. They will conduct focus groups and will make recommendations to the HarborWorks Board on more effective communications actions.
